Pride at Western
At Western, we are committed to creating a campus community where everyone feels respected, valued and included. Pride is a celebration for all and a time to honour the diversity, resilience and contributions of 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.
While Pride month is recognized globally in June, celebrations take place throughout the summer. In London, Pride is marked with a festival in July and Western is proud to support and host events in both the summer and fall, including a Pride Parade in October.

Fall Pride Parade
Wednesday, Oct. 20 (11 a.m. to 2 p.m.)
UCC Atrium and Concrete Beach
Join the Office of EDI for an afternoon of music, dancing and celebration with Western’s 2SLGBTQIA+ community and allies. Walk in a pride parade across campus, connect with others and explore community resources. Everyone is welcome. Register online.

Located at the D.B. Weldon Library, this space celebrates sexual diversity and scholarship.
Rainbow Coffee Club
Hosted by the SOG’s Pride Commission, the Rainbow Coffee Club is a free, monthly drop-in on the first Wednesday of each month from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Grad Club Boardroom.
